I have a huge crush on this guy at my college but he has a girlfriend. Whenever I see him around he flirts with me. I told him I liked him. He said that I'm pretty but he doesn't look at other girls. If that's true, then why does he flirt with me?

If he's already committed to someone else it's probably best that you step away from him. How would you feel if your boyfriend was openly flirting and leading on other women? He may be the jerk for doing that to his girlfriend, but don't be the reason why he's able to. Just something to think about. . .

Something similar happened to a friend of mine at work. The guy who was eyeing her had a girlfriend of 2 years, but wasn't shy about expressing his interest in other girls. Long story short, if this guy at your school is anything like the guy I worked with, stay away. It will only end in heartache and anger. 
I don't know this person, and I probably never will meet him, but it sounds that if he's "not looking at other girls" while he says you're pretty, it's probably time to move on. 
The right guy will come along sooner or later.

Yeah I would just stop and leave the situation alone completely. You'll move on and get a new crush on a hopefully single guy that doesnt have that baggage.  If he cheated on his gf with you, you are literally asking for problems. I promise it wont be your last crush and the drama isn't worth it unless he has a penis made of gold lol I look back on similar situations in my past and think "what was I thinking? !" the guys really werent that hot and now 10 years later they had nothing to offer.

I have been through a lot of this situation. For some odd reason I never been a girl who got cheated on but I always been a girl who got cheated with. Every guys that like me has a girlfriend. Sometime I get where they're coming from when the relationship is getting boring. But take my advice doesn't matter what you do. The guy will not break up with his girlfriend for you! She'll always be his number one even if he flirt with tons of girls. If he doesn't want her anymore he would have already break up with her. So don't hurt the third person weather it's her or you.
