Help?!?

Tonight i was with my guy best friend(who calls me his sister) and we were talking and out of no where he kissed me and then i felt his tongue in my mouth. I pulled back and said we can't (he wasn't wearing a shirt and his pants were unzipped) and after awhile we made out again and hands went everywhere and shirts came flying off and next thing i knew theres hickeys all over my body. When we stopped i asked "What are we?" and he said we should stay friends because he's scared of hurting me and he doesn't know what he wants...What do I do?!?!
