Comments welcome!  I am 33 and had a MC during my first pregnancy at the beginning of March.  My doctor wants me to lose 40ish lbs before TTC again (I'm 5'10" and 231 currently, down 10 lbs from 03/04).  I see so many women bigger than me having babies. Is my doctor being overly mean/cautious about my weight?
