help, someone, anyone

a month ago i was in the hospital & couldn't take my birth control, so when i got home i took all 4 days i missed. it delayed my period about 2 weeks but now (about 14 days later) i had an hour of cramping and the next day i had slight lumpy discharge (gross i know sorry). could this just be my body still adjusting to the overload of birth control from weeks ago. also i had sex about 4 days after my period which now would be 10 days ago.
