Could I be pregnant?

Ladies, My last period was Jan 26. I am very regular. I have had a few things going on. Feeling very full, sudden "pains" in my breast, cramps on both sides of my stomach, clear discharge, headaches, some nausea before I eat, terrible heartburn. But....all my tests have been negative. If I am pregnant we did the deed on Feb 22 (hubby works out of town) what's going on? Am I testing too soon?? We want to be pregnant badly !
