Forcing mothers to pay for funeral of fetus

I saw an article saying in some state idr which one ; they want to make it mandatory that  a woman whose had a miscarriage or abortion must pay for a funeral for the unviable cells.. Having had a miscarriage I cannot imagine someone telling me to have a funeral for my miscarriage like that sounds so traumatic I didn't even want to look at my empty uterus on the ultra sound screen I can't imagine having to burry the embryo. And not to mention the short 3 months of pregnancy already having me thousands of dollars in debt... And then to add on a funeral? It's so asinine to me
