Anything better then midol for PMS?

Midol doesn't work for me, never has. I take it and it's like I took nothing. My pms is so bad though I know I need to take something!! Suggestions?? Thank you in advanced 😊😊🙂😊

This is worst case scenario! Hopefully someone wouldn't need more than that!! And you could totally sub the 325MG acetaminophen to make 650MG. But as long as someone isn't doing this for days on end or exceding 3,000MG APAP a day it's perfectly fine!

I never took midol. It's just (tylenol) acetaminophen, caffeine, and pyrilamine maleate (antihistamine). Here's the thing. Buy some acetaminophen in bulk so it's cheaper by the pill, and some (Benadryl) diphenhydramine from dollar tree, and drink some coffee. Same thing better price. You're paying for the brand. What I have always done for cramps is 600MG ibuprofen, and 1000MG acetaminophen alternating every 3 hours. Works so well. The medications have a synergistic effect and get rid of my terrible cramps!!!!
