Shorter period?

Has anybody noticed a decrease in the duration of their period? I  went from 6 to 7 days to maybe 5! Not that I'm complaining,  but is it just in my head?

Yep it will shorten your periods and reduce cramps.  If you think about the pads and tampons you used to use, they all tout their wicking magic.  Those wicking chemicals they put in the pads and tampons actually make you bleed more and can cause scarring.  If you light one of those always special foam ones that they have it will burn waaaay too long.  Scary stuff in those things!  And when you think about it, really it makes sense, more blood = longer periods= more pad and tampon sales.

Mine went from 7 to 4 days

Mine has gone steadily down since I switched from 4 days to 3 and now from 3 days to more like 2 1/2 with some spotting after.

My cramps have also eased up a lot though I thought it might be due to some of the vitamins I started taking. Either way, I love it! I can actually function on the second day of my period.

I went from 9-10 day super heavy flow to consistent 7 day medium to heavy flow,  though it hasn't done much to alleviate my cramps.

I don't have all that many cramps either. Period sex and my cup has brought my medium/light flow for 7 days to a relatively heavy flow for only 2 days. My periods gotten super efficient!
