This is the inside of my thigh, I couldn't really get a better picture for some reason. I had an infected Ingrown hair on my arm that looked and felt exactly like this. I've never really had a problem with ingrown hairs but I keep getting them and I don't understand why, I know what they are and what causes them but I don't even shave my arms or the inside of my thigh, I barely have hair on the inside of my thigh. Sorry for the view of the stretch marks lol
