Is it too soon?

I've known my "friend" for 2 years, but in January we've started dating. We go out to dinner dates, movies and etc. When the discussion of sex came up, I let him know that I wanted to wait and he agreed to it. Things are amazing. We talk everyday and we have a lot of fun. April will be four months and I've grown to love and know him on a deeper level, but I am ready for sex! I don't want to wait anymore and I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to either. Is it too soon or no? (I'm not a virgin, just been celibate for two years)
