Hubby and I are dreading sharing the news of our third pregnancy with his parents. They cause drama whenever they are around, and are not above disrespecting me in my home or insulting our two small children (calling my then infant son hairy and making fun of my daughter's nickname in front of her). I want to keep the peace, but what kind of person enters another's home to hurl insults? Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their SO'S family? Would it be unkind for us to postpone sharing the news until closer to my due date? I'm 11 weeks. I need positivity and support. Is it wrong of us to hold off on telling them until the third trimester?
