Stop it!

So three days after ovulation my boobs started to hurt like dramatically! I've never had this happen. Sometime they will hurt maybe slightly before my period but never so soon after ovulating. They hurt even when I'm just sitting there, have a bra on, anyone touches or presses them. It feels like I've been punched multiple times and they are bruised. I dont know. It seems rather soon to be feeling a pregnancy symptom. But because of it I tested early, at 8dpo with a negative which was expected since it was so early. Anyway. My questions is, has anyone experienced such incredibly sore breasts that soon after ovulation and been pregnant. I dont know what else would cause so much pain!
