Need help !!

So I didn't get my period for about 5 months I have really irregular periods and I went to the doc they gave me medicine to kick start my period I forgot what its called but before I could go get it my period started on its own on Oct 30 so my question is will I ovulate this month November or do I have to wait till next month December to TTC?
