Vaginal tearing
This is such a touchy subject that no-one seems to talk about. Vaginal tearing. Holy cow I was looking at the different type and I am truly terrified! Is there any way to prevent tearing? Isn't it extremely painful? How long does it take to heal? First time mom here and i would love to hear some stories to put my mind at ease
