Sore boobs during early pregnancy?

Okay so I get that sore boobs is a common sign of pregnancy.. But can someone explain it alittle more? Is the pain dull and achy? Is it sharp? Is it on a specific side? Left boob? Right boob? Both? Comes and goes? Constant??? Do you get sore boobs & nipples?? Tender to touch? (Like bruising)

Mine are super tender and swollen, my nipples are insanely sensitive and itchy/tingly. It's a little like ovulation tenderness, which is on the sides, but it's literally all over. I can't go without a bra now. If they're unsupported, I'm in pain.

My boobs hurt so bad with my last pregnancy that I physically could not even touch them without being in pain. I had no pain with my first pregnancy.....
