What does an ectopic pregnancy feel like

What are the signs and symptoms of ectopic pregnancy?

Stabbing pain usually on one side of the abdomen that does not go away with rest. Bright red spotting/bleeding. Being lightheaded. Those are the symptoms I had. The pain was excruciating and the bleeding wouldn't stop. If you have any symptoms or if you're worried, contact your obgyn immediately. No question is a stupid question. They will try to figure it out ASAP if they suspect ectopic. My hcg levels also weren't rising normally. They were rising add abnormal rates (high) and no sac was ever seen on an US. Good luck!
