In-Laws

I'm 35w1d, and last night we had dinner with my in laws, who live 20 minutes away. After dinner, my MIL said to me, "once the baby comes, you can come up here once a week for dinner. With Steve's schedule (my FIL), it'll just be too hard for us to visit until he retires." Please keep in mind, my FIL works until 230pm every day and has most weekends off, while my husband works second shift and has two evenings off per week. Once I return to work, I'll work until 5pm. I don't see my husband often as is, so I don't want to spend one of those evenings justo running around for their convenience. I'm super frustrated because they make time to play cards with their friends every Friday, but they'll be too busy to make an effort to see their granddaughter, then guilt us for never bringing her around. How can I approach this before the baby is born, as it's not something I want to worry about after.
