Uncomfortable stomach pains after D&C

On March 7th I had a D&C, went back a week later for my follow up and everything looked good. Dr said to wait a cycle to start TTC but as impatient as I am we haven't. I haven't had a period yet but I've been having period like pains and just a slight uncomfortable feeling in my stomach. Any one else experienced this. I'm praying for my rainbow baby as soon as possible. It took us 2 years to get pregnant the last time and I was only 7 weeks when we lost our little one.  I was taking Femara and metformin when we got pregnant
