Is this a contraction?!

I used to have really bad period cramps so when I started to get Braxton hicks they never would bother me that much because I would be used to the pain... A few minutes ago in the shower I got this really bad pain in my abdomen area, it seriously almost made me want to crumble into a ball it hurt so bad... Is that a contraction? I'm waiting to see if another happens or not. FTM 34 weeks today
