Can dogs sense your body changing

I'm currently 9dpo since last week I have been sleeping a lot and I noticed that my dog is starting to go to sleep at the same time with me last week I slept for 10 hours and she did too. And for the past couple of days she doesn't want to sleep in any of her beds and she has 3 beds all around the house and she decides to get in my bed and curl up by my stomach there was no space between her and my stomach she was really close and over protective. She is only comfortable by my stomach. Do you think she can sense my body changing ?
