Can someone tell me what this is on my stomach I've only just noticed it, and it really itchy? Don't know if I've posted this in the right one

It could be many things. Sort of looks like a heat rash.

This morning I notice two like those on my breast

It could be a million things. Any other symptoms like a fever or spots anywhere else? It could be an allergic reaction to something so think through anything out of the ordinary like new medications or foods or new laundry detergent. I wouldn't worry unless it gets much worse or lasts more than a week or so with other symptoms.
