Lmao, how do you ladies cook boneless chicken breast in the oven?

When cooking boneless chicken breast in the oven what's the temperature you set the oven for and how long do you usually leave it in there???? Can I just put the whol breast in or do I have to cut it in halves? Do you cover the glass that the chicken breast is in with foil?

I cover and cook on like 400' with a tiny bit of water in the pan and just watch it, when I think it's getting close I check the temp. with a meat thermometer, ya can't really mess it up:)

I have cut them in half but I've left them whole. I tenderize them and season, put in a glass pan and cook for 20-30 minutes at 400. I've also done it at 350. I don't trust meat thermometers so I cut the thickest part of the chicken to check if it's done.

350 degrees I would season with salt pepper and garlic, if u don't have fresh just use the powdered garlic salt. I would say an hour but depends on how thick of a cut. You can always cut into a piece before turning oven off to make sure it's finished
