Constipation??

Question

I'm about 4 weeks along.. Last AF was 3/3/16 and I am having some real restroom issues! Anyone else?? I've tried softners, and prunes lol but NOTHING! I look 5mo pregnant because of the bloating!! Help!!

Have you been drinking LOTS of water? I'm  5 weeks 5 days and find that the days I don't drink as much water as I normally try to also tend to be followed by more problems down there, if you know what I mean.

Drink lots and lots of water (they suggest eight 8oz glasses of liquids/day) I try to drink 2 24oz bottles of water in a day and then I'll usually have a glass of juice at lunch and supper (water gets boring after a while!) That gets me to the suggested 64oz/day. Sometimes I don't make it through a whole second 24oz bottle of water and it ends up being more like 5 8oz glasses/day and those coincide with having more constipation trouble the next time I need to go.

It's way more liquid than I used to drink though, before we were ttc I think I drank maybe MAX 5 glasses on a good day...
