Ovulation / CM??

Question

Do you have to have CM to ovulate?? I am 26 and I have never experienced seeing this CM ppl speak of to know they're ovulating. Does this mean I have never ovulated or do u not have to have it to ovulate. Maybe this explains why I can't get preg. :(

I used to have the EWCM in my 20's but since TTC I have not seen it. I have been ovulating each month since charting so you can ovulate without it. Sperm however are unable to survive without fertile fluid, and I like you believe this is the reason I have not gotten pregnant. The NaPro doc I saw recently indicated that if you do not have CM pouring out of you and need to check internally to see and it's not fertile it then you don't have enough and it's not good enough. She recommend a cocktail of 500mg B6 timed release each day, FertileCM 3x per day in your fertile window and 1x per day otherwise, and guaifenesin (active ingredient in mucinex) in fertile window.

You don't have to have it to ovulate. Every woman is diff. Its just the optimal cm for sperm so feed n nourish it before it reaches the egg.
