3 failed cycles of gonal f with intercourse. Now what?

So this morning found out that my hcg level decreased and now have another month of failed treatment.  Now have to meet with dr next week to see where to go next. It seems I can get pregnant but then levels decrease and don't keep. 1st cycle happened this way and now 3rd cycle as well.  Anyone have this similar situation? Wondering what the next step from here with be and looking for any hope. 💔😓
