Birth without pain meds advice..?

Hello mamas!

I am only 16 weeks pregnant but really want to do a natural child birth without pain meds. I feel like I need to start research and get all the advice I can for this. 
I'm not in any way putting those that chose to get pain meds down at all, birth without pain meds is just something I want to do. 
When labor comes, it might be so unbearable that I opt for the pain meds, but I want to try try try to go without. Any moms out there have tips or advice for me? Anything to help me prepare?? Thanks in advance! 
And by natural birth, I mean just no pain meds. I will be in a hospital, so water pools will not be an option.

Look up hypno birthing. Its amazing and helped me get through my last labor.

Don't let them give you pitocin (induction drug) if you don't want pain meds; it makes contractions way more intense and way more painful than they have to be. I'm giving birth in a hospital as well but you should watch The Business of Being Born on Netflix (and don't take it all to heart, a lot of it is about home birthing which no midwife in my area will do). It explains all of the unnecessary interventions. I don't want an epidural because of nerve damage that I already have in my back so therefore I don't want to be induced. I need to look into hypno birthing!

I had my first when I was 16 no pain med at all. I was induced at 38wks and was in labor for 13hrs all back labor.  With my second I was 19 no pain meds 10hr labor.  I found walking helped during the time I could. Also finding a focus point tob kinda zone into helps.

if you dont get medicine to induce you ,i tink is posible but if you get medice pain is three times more hard , natural did good but induce not i cant,n breat for the pain and need oxigen and pain medice too is very painfull
