16 and I don't think I have a vagina!!

Ok, I'm 16 and I've never had a period. I had a look 'down there' and I can't seem to find a vagina anywhere!! Is it possible I was born without one ?!
*EDIT* no, I've googled it extensively !!! I have the whole lips thing but no hole I don't think!! I want to know if this is possible ... Also, nothing seems to turn me on- I tried masterbating but it just hurt and when my BF  tries to squeeze my butt or kiss me I never find it anything other than uncomfortable... Idk I just don't understand it- which is why I'm wondering if I have no vag!!
