Heeeelpp

I'm a FTM. This morning around 4 am. Woke up with extremely back pain and menstrual cramps like if my period was coming. When I went to pee there was light pink discharge throughout the day I have been having brown discharge and still feeling the cramps and back pain... what should I do ? Should I wait or just go straight to the hospital ??? By the way I'm 40 weeks and 2 days overdue
