Need some reassurance 😢

Had a scan 11 days ago. There was a sac and something in it. (5weeks 6days)

But went back today for another one (7weeks 3days). The sac grew but they cudnt see the baby that was there 11 days ago.

Im back in a weeks time for another scan.

Ive had no pain or bleeding or anything. I was told baby may just have been laying awkward.

Has this ever happened to anyone and baby has been there the following week? I had a mc in november and teally couldnt do it again.
