What?!'! I'm so surprise by the poll results. I have period stains on half my underwear. Once stained, they're dubbed period underwear. Nbd
Why in the world would I be embarrassed? It's obviously normal for females to have periods. Why wouldn't it be normal to have stains when you get that shit once a month?!

I went through the whole of year 9 suffering with extremely heavy periods, to the point that no matter how many times I changed throughout the day, I was bleeding through everything during class! 
I ruined a total of four pairs of trousers and about 20 pairs of underwear. 
It was not fun when you had to try and hide not only the bloodstain on your trousers but the pool of blood on the seat! 
Ugh, worst year of my life! So yes, it is the worst!
