Baby after 2 recurrent miscarriages?

I had a MMC at 9 weeks (baby measured 7w5d) and believed I was currently 4w5d with our rainbow. I had fewer symptoms Monday so called the OB and they had me come in for quants to get my HCG checked. Just spoke with the office and hcg was only 5. They still want me to come in today for the 2nd set but I'm pretty sure it's a No-go for us. I'm just wondering if anyone has gone through something similar and went on to have a healthy baby? If so what did you do differently and how long did it take? So sad and disappointed, can't help but feel like a bit of a failure. I want to be a mommy so badly! I should add that I've been on progesterone gel suppository and baby aspirin daily since I got my positive last Tuesday. Success stories much appreciated, I need hope!!

I had two miscarriages last year. A missed miscarriage at 16 weeks (baby measured 13) and a blighted ovum discovered at 11 weeks. Currently 19w4d with 3rd pregnancy, baby has been looking great!

I've had two miscarriages in the last two years and I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy!! I didn't do anything differently that I know of I just believe this baby was meant to be here!

Hello, so sorry about your Oedipus loss. Can I ask  when did you miacarry? from my experience it was worth waiting for a few month to try again. I know for some people it works straight away but I wasn't ready mentally. I know doctors will tell you start trying straight away but I don't agree. I was told from my doctor to wait at least 5 month before trying, he said I wouldn't have been able to handle the second pregnancy if it had stayed.. I had missed miscarriage last year, discovered at nearly 13 weeks scan, and I fell pregnant about 2 month after again. This time I lost it about 7 weeks spontaneously. I felt like failure too. Silly of me but couldn't help it. So I fell pregnant again, about 7 month later, this time not even planned! At about 5 weeks I went to see private doctor who put me on cyclogest pesaries, aspirin and prednisolone, which is a steroid. I have a feeling I would have made it without the medication but it didn't hurt to try. My blood tests came all fine too. Not sure what caused the miscarriages, could have been chromosomal, bad egg perhaps..? It's in the past. Trust me I know how you feel. It was the most cruel and terrible experience. I never lost hope that I will become a mother but I was quite sceptical. Still *shitting* myself before docs appointment. But so far all is well and at times I still can't believe it! I know that these things happen for a reason and good things happen at the right time. Just try not pushing it, go with a flow, I am 35 and still have time. Hopefully all will go well with your pregnancy but remember, your mind needs to heal too and, take your time to grieve. The pregnancy will happen when it's meant to happen. For me it's the third time lucky and I hope yours will stay now.

I had a miscarriage followed by 4 chemical pregnancies.  I decided to quit logging and let nature take it's course. 4 months later i got pregnant.  I'll be 16 weeks Monday.  Just bc it's not happening right now doesn't mean it won't. Hang in there.  Lean on God!  Look to Him for comfort!  It was hard but I just kept reminding myself. God is allowing me to get pregnant. Unlike so many women who can't even get pregnant. It's not a "No!" It's a "be patient and wait on the Lord"! Good luck and God bless you!  I pray you get your rainbow baby soon!

I lost two pregnancies in 8 months, one a mmc at 10 wks and one an early mc. We didn't wait for my period to return after my early mc and got pregnant immediately! It was such a scary roller coaster but I'm almost out of the first tri and our baby is healthy as can be. I'm just now starting to feel excited. With our third we used Preseed and I used progesterone after ovulation and continue taking it now. I stopped the baby aspirin at 7wks due to a possible subchorrionic hemmorhage. I had stopped eating processed food a few months before. My husband took vitamins religiously which I think improved his swimmers a lot. Good luck Hun
