My husband was born with spina bifida, he isn't wheelchair bound nor does he have any problem in bed. However we've been ttc for awhile now with no luck. I just looked into it and found out most men with SB are infertile. I'm not sure if he already knew but I'm feeling really low now. I know there are other options out there but I feel hopeless. Is there anyone else in the situation?
