Allergy medicine during pregnancy? Help!

I'm suffering badly from allergies (pollen). My doctor is taking forever to get back to me so in the mean time, just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what meds are safe to take? Can I use eye drops? Help! I'm in my second trimester.

My doctor has a whole list of meds on her site. Zyrtec and Claritin are okay.

Called my doctor about this today actually, and was told reactin is fine, as long as it's not being popped like candy. Use it just when it gets unbearable. 
Of course consult your doctor to be sure, but this is just what I've been told.

Zyrtec D is safe. And so is Sudafed

You can take Claritin (regular not D) or Zyrtec. I tried Claritin first and it made me feel better for about 4 hours and then worse than before I took it after that. So if suggest Zyrtec!

Good luck! I'm going on 3 weeks with nothing helping and yesterday got up with a double ear infection :(
