Lower abdominal pain during menses?

Question! Has anyone ever experienced lower abdominal pain during your menstrual? It feels like I've been doing crunches in my sleep lol. But seriously it hurt this morning for me to put lotion on. Any suggestions that could help?

Yes first day esp a lot of pain only thing that helps me is heat and sleep can't eat anything or it comes back up the pain is usually really bad too

When u cramp, its like your body is working out. So the next day, you will feel sore, just like u were doing crunches.
