Husband texting another woman

  Is it bad for your husband to text another woman telling her she looked great ? I get told all the time by him but I felt in inappropriate for him to say it to her. I was snooping and he hates that so I wanted advice on wether it is a legitimate issue before I brought it up. For more context they were talking about business stuff and then he said "I meant to tell you at work but you looked great today" to which she responded thanks you too.
