PGP pelvic girdle pain!?

Anyone experience pelvic girdle pain? I believe I'm having it and would like help with how to get relief? The pain starts mildly mid day then progressively gets worse by bed time. It is located in my lower back/hip/pelvis area... Achy and sharp pains that are mainly brought on when I move a certain way. No fun!

I have terrible pain also. It's really bad at night and right when I wake up. It only feels better if I do stretches before bed, child's pose, and cat/cow pose. I don't really do it yoga style i just sit in the pose and breathe until i feel my pelvis relax. The cat pose is on hands and knees and I'll point my upper back upwards and my tailbone down then back to straight backed and do it again until I feel a little better . Taking warm baths helps a lot and also swimming in a pool for a while takes the stress off of my pelvis and back.after swimming was the first night I had with no pain ! I did leg stretches while in the pool too (whatever felt good) . My midwife suggested drinking Nettle tea to help but I haven't tried that yet. Hopefully that helps! It is seriously very painful so I feel ya. No lifting anything btw.

I have this also in my groins top of my bum cheeks lower back feels a little like syatica 😑

I do.

It makes me so cranky. Resting helps but too much rest makes it hurt again.

I bought an exercise ball to sit on. 
 
I did some deep squats and stretches the other day. It helped temporarily but by the end of the night, I was in tears.

This pain coupled with ligament pain has me miserable and almost immobile.
