Yeast infection & missed period

So ladies...hopefully this time i wont just get some views & no answers..after i got my left ovary removed almost a year ago my periods have been very much on time..maybe a couple of days delayed but never this late..i do have a yeast infection though..does the yeast infection have anything to do with your menstruation cycles?
