Out of topic here but I need to know! My kid is begging for cereal and so I Found this, this morning, our apartment is pretty new. I've never even seen a roach. Is this an animal bite?

It's a new cereal bag. And I'm confused because it doesn't look nibbled? But then again idk if mice/rats have sharp edge teeth to slash a bag like this. Help! My kid wants cereal and idk what to do here.

It's from when they use the box cutters to cut open the boxes of the cereal

Mice and rats have super sharp teeth and it would look a lot more jagged!

Maybe it scraped the hindge when you pulled it out and ripped or when you put it away I'm sure it's fine dump it all out into a plastic bag and inspect it

Take it back to the store, chances are they will refund you or give you a new bag.
