Low sperm count

Hi all. We have been ttc for 4 months now & I had hubby go gave some tests sonwe didn't get 12 months down the track & then find problems. We found out last night he has a really low sperm count. We're both very fit, healthy, don't smoke, hardly drink but he's about to turn 35 and me 32. I'm really anxious and stressed, particularly as we'regetting older. Had anyone else been in this situation? I also live in Australia so any suggestions for what is available here would be appreciated. Thank you
