Can't come back on this app

I find that when I read someone else's story about what went wrong. I tend to stress 1,000 time more , and I end up going to my OB waaaay before my appointment with nothing being wrong ... So I gotta take a break 😕 even though I enjoy the app ... Am I the only one that go through this ???
