I am still struggling with breast feeding-day 12. My breasts have been super engorged on Tuesday I was pumping after feeding to relieve more milk. Then I was reading I will keep producing tons of milk so Wednesday I only pumped about half an oz from each side after feedings. By nighttime I was in so much pain. I can't get any milk out pumping or expressing. I've tried a warm shower and self expression, ice packs, heat packs and massages. The only one who seems to get anything out of them is my baby but he gets frustrated and won't nurse long enough to provide relief. Wednesday I had a low grade fever of 99.7 today it jumped to 100.8. Help me!!!!!!
