Random nose bleed during vomiting
So this is my first pregnancy and this morning I was vomiting but all of a sudden I get a nose bleed. I continue to vomit (I didn't have a choice) while my nose just drips blood into the toilet bowl along with my vomit. Is this something to worry about or will I be fine it's just a normal thing?
