Unable to breast feed

Saw a lactation consultant today because on day 6 still very little milk. She said based on the fact that my breasts did not change throughout my pregnancy, their shape, and a bigger than average space between each breast that my milk most likely will not come in therefore making breast feeding impossible. Really havent stopped crying since my appointment. First big disappointment was my c section last week and now this. Feel like a failure.
