I'm really afraid.. What is this??!(warning graphic photo)

So during the third day of my period I was feeling extremely painful crams of my abdomen but I kinda just pushed through it because i normally have cramps as painful. So I went to the bathroom and as I wiped i got this horrifying blob of I don't know what. One side of me is saying its some weird period uterus blob of blood that I shouldn't be concerned about but at the same time another side of me is dreading that its not that at all. I have been having unprotected sex and I'm terrified that this is the result of that. I can't even say the word but and I may just be paranoid but it just looks so... I mean it has skin on it like what the hell?!?
Please you guys has anyone had this experience or knows what it is?Please don't let this be a fetus or something but at the same time I need to know the truth

Don't worry! It's just the lining of your uterus.  During your period you she'd the thickened walls of your uterus,  and sometimes it comes off in chunks. Perfectly normal!

Blood clot I have them every period they can be very painful as well you need to go to your doctor be examined also have them check for endometreosis

It might just been blood that has collected together. Back in high school I wore pads, and I use to get big weird nasty blood blobs. Especially if I was working out.

It's normal. It happened to me once shaped exactly like a fetus (head and limbs!!) when I was 14, to say the least I freaked the fk out especially because my period was late. 
If you're still concerned take a pregnancy test to reassure yourself, even after miscarriage or abortion the hormones are still in your body.

That looks like a piece of your uterus to me. Sometimes when it sheds it doesn't shed properly. That or it's just a very large blood clot. I wouldn't be to worried. It's defiantly not a fetus though. But if you're having those fears maybe you should think about having protected sex. I wish you the best of luck!!

Could just be a large blood clot but I've never experienced one that big. If you're afraid that it's a miscarried fetus go to a doctor and show them the pic for a professional opinion.
