I'm 16 & ever since I've started birth control my life has been a living hell. First, I got the depo shot. For three months STRAIGHT I had a heavy period, & I lost 20 pounds. Currently, I'm on the patch & I'm having my period every other week, also very heavy. My appetite has also increased! So now I'm running out of options. I really, REALLY don't want to get the implant! I hate needles, but it's more like a phobia. The pill seems easy, but I'm not sure if I could be consistent with it. Please help.
