Headaches

Today was my 12th week mark and I was greeted with a 24 hour severe headache! I'm used to migraines, and I usually take a routine of meds to relieve the pain, but since I'm pregnant, I can't take the same medication. I didn't realize how much pain I was in, until I attempted to go outside to take my husband some breakfast at work, and I was literally blinded! Is anyone else having the same problem?
