Stressed with kids, 5 weeks along

Ok we have two boys age 6 & 4. I don't know if it's my heighten hormones (in my 5th week) or if they are really being that bad?!? Ugh I just feel like I'm yelling at them all the time?!? Anyone else going through this too? Feel like a bad mom & would love to be less stressed so to speak.
