So I'm ebf and my almost 4 week old son was eating every 3 hours with a 4 to 6 hour span at night. Starting yesterday he started eating every 2 hours even through the night. Should I be worried he isn't getting enough and thats why he is eating more frequently or do you think he may just be going through a growth spurt?

I would say growth spurt. If he's satisfied when he's done feeding and isn't fussing immediately after that's more than likely what you're dealing with. They vary so.much from baby to baby, but I believe between 3 and 4 week there is a growth apurt.

Sounds like a growth spurt - usually happens at the one month mark or so.
