Sore hips?

I'm 13 weeks and I'm having a really achey feeling in my hip/pevlis area with some pressure. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yup! Your bones and organs are moving and growing. Totally normal. I have hip, back and joint pain. I'm 11+4

I always get hip pain. I'm on my third pregnancy at 9 weeks and I'm already having pain. Yoga really helps!

Yup, finally caved and called my doctor (am 11 1/2 weeks) because I was having alot if discomfort in my hips, especially when I lie down it walk on stairs, he said its very normal and expected, it's your hips expanding.

Yes but it's due to the relaxin that your body is producing.  Expect your ligaments to be lax until you stop breastfeeding!  Hang in there girlfriend:)

My hips pop in an out of joint anyways but I'm struggling to lay on a got so long or stand bcos my legs feel like there jus goin to give way

I am too, my OB told me last week it could last the whole pregnancy as its a normal symptom.
