Sleeping in a bra. Good or bad?

My mate told me it's bad for you to sleep in a bra but I always have and it hasn't caused me any issues. I can't stand them flopping everywhere! Lol 
Is it true that it's bad for you?

I've heard both. I sometimes sleep with one and sometimes dont. It just uncomfortable to have it on when I'm laying down. I like them free when I'm sleeping lol.

Mine are gigantic. I always wear a bra. The only time I don't is when I shower. They need some sort of control.

I have 36DD's and cannot stand to wear a bra. If I'm home, it's off. My grandmother always told me wearing the ones with underwires 24/7 are one reason people get breast cancer. If you have to, I would try a sports bra.

My friend who has giant ladies said she has too or they go everywhere and it's uncomfortable. She wears a night bra/top think. Like a crop top with soft elastic for the straps. I'm much smaller and don't need one - do whatever you prefer, if you're really concerned see a breast clinic and ask them what's best

They can be bad if you wear an underwire bra. They make specific bras for sleeping in but I have always been told it's not good to.

I heard it is bad, and I heard it's good lol. I choose not to wear them to bed because it's uncomfortable. I only wore them during my first trimester because my boobs were soooo painful! And they needed support.
